If you mostly do Amarr missions get yourself into a Beam Abaddon and then train up for the Paladin. Having said that, the Pslly is ONLY good in Amarr space so if there's a chance you might have to relocate at some point it'll be bad. In that case ...

Even after all these years it still doesn't work, probably because CCP doesn't actually do pvp and the CSM is mostly 0.0 sock puppets. Yes you have to assign a standing to the corp or alliance and then filter on that.
